Construction of an airstrip,
and a bridge to easily access the airstrip, has begun on the mission farm to facilitate better air transport and emergency logistic support of the mission and staff as well as visiting teams and dignitaries. The airstrip is also critical to the work Mercy Air will be doing in providing an air transport service to the broader mission and humanitarian organization community. The synergy of the relationship between Mercy Air and SAM Ministries will greatly enhance our ability to carry out our mission in Mozambique and beyond.
